Hi All! Katie here! If you haven't met me yet, I hope we get to meet in the near future. I have written a plan to get us all ready for the Mudfactor Race September 24th. If you havent registered but are interested make sure you contact us or come see us to get registered. All #TeamSparta participants will receive a free team shirt! The plan I have written is attached below and is designed to either be incorporated into your current workout program or to stand alone by itself, all depending on your fitness level.
